All of our midfield & offensive players have been either poor or invisible so far.

    Coventry / Docherty doesn’t work.

And like what @A WUM called Hawtrey normally has, a clean sheet.

I think it’s fair to say the result was better than the performance, but great to start with 3 points.

Jones’ game plan worked to a tee - a tight and scrappy 70 mins, make three changes and go for a win. I think we will see a lot of performances like that this season.

Our passing and creativity were pretty woeful, there’s plenty to work on in the transfer market in the coming weeks

Hats off to the 900 Charlton fans & the other fella in the away end - we could hear you loud & clear.

Hard to pick faults, away win and clean sheet. Hopefully we can win next week and have something to build on.

Just coming back from the game. A real Dick Turpin job. But a win is a win. We played well defensively and Edwards who couldn’t be any good because he came from Dunfermline was my man of the match. The tackle that won us the game was Ramsay’s sliding effort just as the guy was going to shoot. A real desire was shown right in front of the Charlton Supporters.

TC is busy tonight, I understand he is in rehearsals to play Lord Lucan in the Christmas panto.

It’s a remake of Gone With The Wind, only it’s based on the career of Neil Harris at Millwall

It has been re-titled Gone By October.
