Millar had an excellent debut IMHO he looks like he could be an excellent addition once he gets his feet under the table.

Could and should have scored early doors.

After that the players still needed was unfortunately there for all to see.

Pleased with a point in the end.

    Allam’s GONE.

Glad you enjoyed it. Even my wife said to me when she came through, she had been watching in the other room, why does everyone rush out? The players were still shaking hands with the opposition and East Stand was empty. Leeds went behind in 2nd minute of time added on and equalised in 5th minute and no one had left. We had 3 minutes left after equalising and they continued streaming out.

At least you have more time to enjoy the pubs. Are you getting to any other games? Wednesday? Norwich away?

They sound so thick. It's actually really annoying me.
Bristol City literally went all the way back from a corner and I turned around to see if the dickhead behind me was watching it, he was just sat there looking vacant and then shouted 'close him down then'.

My favourite moment though was later on when he commented 'we've looked much better since that new centre half came on'. This was way before Fin had entered the field and we still had macca and Jones at CB. When Burns eventually came on I heard his mate point it out and gobby was look all bemused before stating 'I was sure he had come on earlier'.

Game set and match fella, keep your mouth shut.

Unfortunately not I'm flying out on Sunday. I have a team based in the UK so I'll be back for a few more games either home or away as the season goes on.

agree, don't want to criticise him, thought that Jarvis did a couple of v good things and 1 or 2 poor things, like the shot he took instead of crossing, or wellying it, but he improved the team and certainly improves the current squad

That was a lot better than I thought it was going to be this afternoon - but still obviously a lot of work to do.

Defence looks dodgy - we need to sort that asap - we'll play better attacking teams than Bristol City this season.

Oscar is not the answer in building an attack - but equally if we get some of the balls in that we did in the first half - he'll score a few this season.

Millar looked bright, as did Mehlam. Didn't notice a lot of Simons - maybe a good thing?

The new style passing out from the back looked poor - hopefully with new players and more pitch time that'll improve.

Looking forward to seeing how we develop this season.

Not a great watch but we did look threatening at times. Hopefully Walter gets the players he wants to make it work. It could be very interesting if so.

First 10 minutes we could have been 3-0 up. The next 80 minutes was identical to last season. We conceded possession far too easily.

A draw is fair result and happy with a point.

Thought Jacob was fine, no idea why he’s now the target for criticism.

Just got back from the game. I agree with many that Jacob was very poor. Even before the mistake for the goal he was constantly giving the ball away or making the wrong decision. Walter was bollocking him for most of the 1st half.

Couldnt believe it when Giles was taken off, I thought we'd see Jacob off at half time and Giles moved to left back. The subs for us changed the game, Millar and Jarvis helped us get forward quicker and caused them problems.

I thought Jones was solid, exactly the same as last season, didnt try anything spectacular just doing the simple things right every time. Macca looks the weaker of the 2 so hopefully a back 4 of Giles Hughes Jones Coyle will improve us massively.

Midfield looked average but did an ok job. We're missing some quality for sure as Slater offered very little before being taken off. Simons was ok and the german lad had some nice touches.

Id have taken a point at the start of the game but I think Bristol will feel unlucky not to come away with 3 points.

You're right, Jacob is way off the level and made a ton of errors today both with the ball and positional. Coyle was poor first half but seemed to settle after the break.

I'd like to see Giles play in his natural position and send Jacob to a level he is more suited to.
