Jacob is perfectly fine defending but he isn't good enough with the ball. Macca had regressed massively from two seasons ago. So much play down our left cos we're ****e there. This is a one off line up though and it's only getting better.
Considering this will be our weakest lineup all season probably Done alright Hughes would be a game changer
It's the same old with Oscar, his all round game is poor, but the lad can finish. By his standards, that cross from Giles was a sitter.
Main observations, Bristol are **** up front - however just takes a minute and they score, we need to take the chances we get - given the ball away too easily on occasions especially Giles who's had a 50 50 game - all in all better than I expected as its the first match I've been to this season - hopefully we get one or two of our new players on second half - we can win this
I think McLoughlin is one of the players showing the bravery to do the things Walter wants but that has lead to us becoming unstuck a few times. Not sure if it's purely his fault for bad decisions or if he's not given the support from the players around him in those moments.
Well, the only thing I’m happy about is the scoreline. I feel like I’m repeating myself from last season but this playing out from the back ‘inviting the press’ does not work! We have been extremely lucky not to be losing. I won’t single them out but there are players in this side who I have thought won’t be good enough, and they are proving me correct. It’s unbelievably frustrating to watch them time and time again making mistakes. And yet our better players (Omur, for example) have hardly seen the ball. What to do: Bring Millar on. It’s absolutely worth the risk. Stop playing out from the back. We might as well hit it long and take our chance losing it that way, because at least it won’t put us in immediate danger. This is obvious to me. Also, the passing around the back has also silenced the home crowd, just like last season. This is not what we need and I am certain it’s not what Acun wants. Tim has to completely turn this around or he will not be here long. That’s my first half analysis/vent anyway. Hopefully I’ll have a different mindset at full time!
I can get it on my phone but it's not coming up on my laptop on the app or on Skygo. I had no problems on any of them last night but there wasn't a choice of matches then. Any ideas?

Gotta keep things in perspective here. City really are a club in transition at the minute. We look like we’re struggling at times but to be fair far too many changes on and off the pitch to expect immediate improvement . More players coming by all accounts so this side might be a one off. See where we are 10 games into the season
