    ... here's my top three.

Judi Dench - plays Judi Dench in every role and always looks like she's acting her head off

Trevor McDonald - patronising and way too impressed with himself

Alan Carr - has one joke which is, himself

Ant and Dec....(can I count them as one?
Dunno what it is with them, but I can't abide them. If they're on anything, it gets turned off.

Hugh Grant. Loved the clip when Dennis Pennis interviewed him and said his acting was a bit "wooden". Asked him how he got psyched up for a scene....."do you go into the woods and stare at a few trees"?

Robbie Williams. I would never tire of punching that smug (sorry @Smug in Boots ) twats face.

Would be quite happy if I never seen any of them 3 (or 4) again.

When did Alan Carr become a national treasure?

I must have missed the memo

Who are national treasures in the UK?

A quick list of those who come immediately to mind – are Ant, Attenborough, Balding, Beard (Mary), Carr (Alan), Coles (Richard), Colman (Olivia), Church, Dec, Dench, French, Fry, Izzard, Lineker, Margolyes, Norton, Oliver (Jamie), Osman, Peake, Perry (Grayson), ...16 Dec 2023

    I don't make the rules <laugh>

The main criteria seems to be, 'doing exactly the same thing for a long time', like Schofield, Lineker, Ant & Dec, etc.

Whenever I ask people what actual talent they have the response is almost always 'They're just good at what they do' ...

... which is actually very little imo.
