Very good Podcast, thanks for sharing. Perhaps now people will understand why we seem to be being very deliberate about player transactions. Be surprised if we don’t lose one more player before the window closes, particularly if we’re bringing anyone in.

I’ll admit, I started to listen this morning then got distracted away. The problem with these is that they are still only opinion, he does not know what deal Leeds have with Redbull

I trust the 49ers who have all the information to hand over the podcast guy

He didn't claim to know what the red bull deal was.He explained it could be one of two ways which will become clear in accounts. One way beneficial, the other no use. Same as Russel Crowe or other celebs. Its irrelevant to clubs finances

One of the things he did say, was the shirt sponsorship deal would only be single digit millions, much much less than if we had gained PL status. He was talking £3m pa being an excellent deal for any championship club. So basically not much of a benefit this year.

As Eire stated, KM didn’t know the details of the investment deal. If I understood correctly , he suggested if they’ve bought existing shares from 49’s there’s no benefit to club finances. If they’ve bought additional (new) shares, then the money goes into the club and is seen as income on the club’s account.
