    Merson is always trashing us at the start of the season on Soccer Saturday no matter how well we're playing. Thompson will kiss our arse when we're doing well ala the Arsenal 4-4 game he was assigned to, but when things are bad he's quick to jump on our backs. Stelling is the only neutral head on the show.

    Why do people think we're in such trouble? Have you seen how strong our side is compared to the promoted sides, Wigan, Blackburn etc?

    The best one I ever saw was the Times season prediction when we were in the championship. They had us down as likely relegation candidates and predicted we'd finish 20th. I don't have membership so I doubt I can dig it out but it was bloody funny

    You know Enrique is a gay boy how exactly? Got to admit I thought we'd struggle this year but never thought we would get relegated, thought 14th was realistic.

    I had a nightmare last night that Ben Arfa was injured before the Chelsea game. Thankfully I woke up and after a few seconds realised I'd dreamt it.

    Is it 3 league goals this year and a missed penalty in the League Cup <doh>. Best 35 million pounds ever received (well apart from Comic Relief money).
