Rumours of Spenny and Bishop I heard but it might be Facebook bullshit. My nieces love a drama.

Dispersal Notice in place apparently. Just ran along South Shields beach. Like the United Nations down there and everyone playing nicely. Why can’t just all get along?

Fairly positive I’ve saw cases fast tracked before but can’t remember what for.

I know others are to blame as well, I only mentioned starmer as he is now currently in charge of the country. It's also be posted for my attention by a couple of posters where I'm thinking wrong so really no need to get on your high horse mate. As I've said I'm not turning what is an informative post into something and someone who is inhuman. Cheers for your input though

In all honesty most people get along because there's absolutely no other choice.

We get along with workmates we can't abide, because it makes sense.

We get along with in-laws, neighbours and the bloke next to your seat at the SOL because the alternative is miserable.

We get along with people down the pub, at church or the golf club because it just makes life easier for everyone, including us.

Thick people don't appreciate that so will puff their chests out and shout about their rights and their country ...

... well it's not your country, it's ours and if we had our way you'd be sent so far away you'd never come back.

The country would be much better off without you.

I don't think it can happen in a Crown court Rooch, I could be wrong though. I have never seen any mechanism to fast track through the process in a Crown Court. It can happen in a Magistrates Court if they plead guilty and the offence warrants a sentence under 12 months

What the hell goes through these people's heads, walking down a street smashing windows and setting fires to law abiding citizens cars is a disgrace. Everyone of them need jail terms. I couldn't in my mind even think about touching other people's property and this just shows it's not about the tragic loss of life of them 3 beautiful girls.

In all honesty there are much bigger issues, in the country, than a bunch of shirtless cretins.

Making special conditions for them would make them feel special, they're not.

In humdrum reality they're just a bunch of lowlife dummies who'll be dealt with when we have time.

Let's not make martyrs of them ...

    ... just stop their benefits.

We’ve been banned from the office tomorrow due to a government leaked document suggesting 20-30 locations for “protests” tomorrow.

It doesn't worry me at all Smug, they are remanded in custody so they are already doing time. I would be concerned if their sentences were quashed because the judiciary didn't follow due process. I have seen that happen quite a lot.

The fast tracking probably won’t be final sentence just initial appearance.,People can be just bailed under investigation for ridiculous amounts of time. They’ll be processing evidence to cps decision to court to remand/ conditions. That gets people under orders and in control. A couple seem to be exceptions, the lad in Bolton for example. Possibly caught red handed video evidence and went guilty, not sure.

Very little of this is about them girls. It’s more about Lennon’s arrest and charge and likely imprisonment and a Labour government.

The fast tracking would be to a magistrates court to lay the charges or for the plea hearing. Most people are bailed at that point for appearance at a Crown Court at a later date. It would have been the police who objected to bail
