The problem I see is we never get a decent down the middle. Honestly I couldn't give a ****e if the group is EDL or MDL if you are rioting attacking people and property, setting fire to vehicles etc you are scum!
TBH I'd be doing exactly what the Asians are doing if I was under attack ... ... you can't expect people to just cower away. No doubt anyone being injured, by them, will want police protection and an ambulance they hadn't set on fire.

If that’s the case you can argue those rioting are only doing so because they feel under attack from minorities so it’s justified what they’re doing?

Eh? Violence can never be used to justify further violence. Mental thing to say tbh. That leads to an incredibly slippery slope. It's no different to saying anyone who suffers violence at the hands of a migrants are justified in attacking other migrants.
You can fully expect people to protect their space and I would but I don’t have a machete in my cupboard. There are of course violence criminals in every community not just the white racist one but if people are marching through that place torching cars, businesses, homes, places of worship, smashing the place up, there’s no surprise the opposing idiots would appear and tbh I think that’s why this has been organised. Small L liberal party in power, horrific event happens, anti immigration Farage refers to ‘things he’s heard online’, Lennon pipes up, far right pages target social media in localities of high tension and agree dates, organisers turn up and give targets. People go and ‘watch’

I’m not being rude? What you’ve just said is genuinely baffling and out of order. Sadly, the same attitude as plenty of others on social media who’ll accept they’ve played no part in fuelling the fire that’s eventually led us here. No “they” aren’t under attack. We’ve seen a few videos of dickheads attacking BAME folk just like we’ve seen a few videos of BAME lads attacking white men. The only things under attack are the shop fronts, biffa bins and the police. It’s like me going out now and stabbing my neighbour who’s not white because I feel under attack as there’s a large Muslim community in Middlesbrough attacking white people. Absolute bollocks.
Should there be a law on face coverings? Difficult one with religious coverings but there’s a difference between that and someone walking kids to a play area and this. If it was a public order it could be done at police discretion. I wonder if people ‘watching’ are wearing one.
