The Wire have beat us the last four games so to end that like they have and at theirs shows they're going for it.
They’re doing well, I just can’t see them winning the big games when it matters, Wigan are head and shoulders above everyone this year, they’re cruising in second gear with their stars out injured, can’t see anyone beating them in the big games come the end of the year. I’d happily be wrong though, it would be great to see Rovers win something, even as a Hull FC fan, 40 years is a long time for them to wait!
Watched it. Mikey Lewis was immense, positioning, setting others up with well placed kicks all first class. And a great try where he went over with 4 Warrington players hanging on to him. A well deserved win.
They seem to have got a bit more steel in 'em now, Peters definitely knows how to get the best out of 'em. I dread to think how much Mikey Lewis would cost to buy, he just gets better and better every game. Thanks for your positive thoughts mate, appreciated, i'm hoping your lads get it together next season with the new players.
With the team and coaching staff you have it’s probably just a matter of when you’ll win something, not if you’ll win something. Like you say, Lewis is the key to it all, on the open market he’s unaffordable to any Super League club, my worry for you guys is the NRL clubs come sniffing around and make him an offer that’s too good to turn down.
Yea that's the big danger where Mikey's concerned. You couldn't blame him if he went, like football it's a short career and he's got to think of his future. I'd enjoy watching him for whoever he played for, he's just one of those players.
Cas at the weekend Rerver. The run of easy fixtures is eye watering. May as well hand Rervers second place on a silver platter.
