    Don't buy into this thought personally. You're correct that the press and tons of people appear to be obsessed with what he has to say; but to suppose that he makes comments on Twitter naively unaware that they will be spammed all over the internet by obsessive journalists and the like, is silly. He knows full well that a lot of people read and discuss his every word, which is why he continues to give them more. Equal amounts of of obsessiveness breeding each other.

    No doubt aiming for the Robbie Savage path and being a gobby tit to try get in the media when his mediocre career finishes so he can keep lining his pockets.

    I wasn't suggesting that he doesn't know the journos watch him - But I don't think he says the things he does purely for attention.
