Almost every photo or video I've seen of the disturbances seems to have the same little group of kids in the balaclavas. The police will 100% know who some of these are already.
Exactly there will be arrests made and sentencing carried out legally, thanks to surveillance, not the Orgreave style reactions wanted by the sinister few , leading the unrest.
That's true, regarding the polarisation and that more of it probably won't help. Social media is just so effective at increasing polarisation and the echo chamber cliques that it creates. A strong centrist voice would be helpful but I don't see the mechanisms that will help lessen the polarisation. People are entrenched in their views and also insulated from outside views. Anything that does get through can be dismissed as fake propaganda or, like Trump does, turned around and used as proof that elites/ the media are against the man in the street. It's a really tough situation.

Nothing I can say that hasn't already been said. Utter morons who can't think for themselves and believe everything they read on social media as fact. Social media is such a powerful tool to those who want to stir up trouble and destabilise our towns and cities. The worrying thing is that this can be done from anywhere in the world, such as Russia, China and North Korea.
Tha scary thing is I bet most of us know someone who has time for Tommy Robinson and his ****. I was once threatened by Billy Charlton (professional ****er) for saying I consider myself human before British and it's those ****s last night who reinforce that view. I remember a few year back when the Turkish earthquake hit, during the minutes silence before the following match, a bloke who looked like a caricature British racist gleefully talking all the way through calling others observing it foul names and declaring 'they wouldn't do it for us' i always thought, it's not about what others would or wouldn't do. It's about yourself and upholding your own moral standards. I've always felt disappointed with myself for not calling it out at the time and I won't let that happen again in the SoL

Has been done a few times for fly tipping and not having proper insurance for her removals business when people had stuff damaged by her. She has links to stuff like this going back to the metric martyrs and I know a lot more about her than just that.

I’m at work at the moment but Mrs EJK has just text to say it’s even made the news here in Oz. As daft as it sounds I’m proud of coming from Sunderland. Even though I wasn’t born there or even the NE, I class myself as a Mackem having grown up in the town/city. But last night is embarrassing for the city. I know it is the actions of a very small minority but I hope that they look back on this and are thoroughly ashamed of themselves. Being a cop I believe in the law and in justice but I would happily flog that lot until my arms drop off.

I don't live in the UK anymore...but speaking to my friends and family and recent visits I've made...there is an under current going on that isn't healthy for the country. The news are stating all this unrest stems from those bairns being killed in Southport... personally I think its been used as the excuse for something that was going to happen anyway sooner or later. Really sad state of affairs and puts into perspective the troubles we have here in South Africa..
