"Spurs have stolen a march on Arsenal in the race for DC United winger Andy Najar after agreeing to take the promising 18-year-old on trial during the MLS off season." (Source: The Metro) So, there you have it. Yet more evidence of the famous North London power-shift.
Not that I'm judging him on this goal - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eBdVqCIuKTo But it looks like he's got a neat touch and likes to take players on which something I always like in a player. Whether he's any good or not though, will we be able to get a permit for him if we were to sign him?
He is the latest 'Soccer' star that now represents all 'youngsters' in the game (according to the thread title) and has definitely turned down a move to that crap team from a 'small village in Kent' and is 100% moving to Tottenham Hotspur FC, who happen to be the best team in the world and will win the EPL this season. He is so impressed by THFC that he offered to play for no wages, just living expenses and AFC's offer of £100k a week still couldn't tempt him. Hope that clears it up somewhat
I have to say that the young man's attitude is commendable, not to mention, perfectly understandable!
I've been banned for wumming the 'Pool and Goon boards, so I'm stuck with trying to wind-up my fellow Spurs fans. And failing, by all accounts. What kind of wum am I?
