I know the level of opponent hasn’t been the highest but I’d keep him for the season and give him a chance. Being back in Europe will hopefully give him plenty of chances to impress on the pitch. Plus Porro defensively isn’t the best so it’s not beyond the realms of possibility that Spence could become first choice in the future
On his day he’s decent but he goes missing far too often. I get why Spurs signed him last year but he’s the sort of player that will end up a backup option if Spurs kick on to the next level
Awful second half from us, complete contrast from the first. Don’t think anyone came out with any credibility in that 45, maybe Devine and Spence at a push, that’s about it. Their right winger tore us to pieces down his flank.
