Money??? It does talk for some (most). Maybe he fancies himself breaking into the 11. If true, we just need to move on quickly.
I guess it's similar to the K Moore one. Makes sense for him personally, fair enough, but from our perspective ........
"... as transfer business ramps up"!!?? If this is 'business ramping up', I'd hate to see what it's like if we were 'ramping down'!! https://x.com/HDMHullCity/status/1818608797981515961
It's embarrassing again. There's got to be discussions internally about whether a mistake was made firing LR. We've got no pulling power anymore. As a club, we look chaotic, it's all well and good saying we finished 7th but most that squad is gone and we're threadbare
What's embarrassing is people thinking because LR has gone we have no pulling power anymore. Money, location, etc all talk and are way more influenencial then LR is or was. Do you honestly believe moore and the wba lad would have given up more money and a better location for their family just to play for LR and a system that on evidence isn't fantastic for forwards
I just hope it's something along the lines of just bringing in quality, and not quantity. And Tim is fully bought into holding our nerve to get the right people in, and fully signed up. But it is starting to look a tad alarming. ****ing prick (and his agent) probably never intended to come.
Woah… perspective. one of the 6 targets we knew about has chosen elsewhere. I personally had never heard of him and it’s not like his stats show him as prolific
You keep saying this stupid stuff. You said LR didn't have pulling power pre January, then we signed Carvalho, Zaroury and Giles. Fair they didn't all work but he clearly had pulling power. Now there's 9 days to go, we've signed 1, and we've not been able to get players through the door. BTA has decided he'd rather be 3rd choice at Cov than our main striker. That alarming.
Just weird as Baz was reporting it as done and had details of the deal, so was clearly very much a done deal.
