I agree with much of what you say but the whole modern "woke" thing is a bit derivative.

The likes of Sutcliffe, Shipman, Hindley and Brady, and the Wests were going about their business long before "woke" happened.

There's bad apples in every bushel unfortunately. A world increasingly concerned about self and wealth at the expense of community doesn't help but people have people cruel since before they came out of the cave, "wokery" is a poor fall guy for this horrific mess.

There is so much divisiveness too, fuelled by extremists on many sides. The lad who did it has been named on numerous social media outlets, but now it seems that the name given out was fabricated and just mare up to stir up even more hatred.

No surprise there at all really. People are not very nice at all. To react to this situation like that is absolutely deviant behaviour. Ugly world we live in, only going to get uglier.

Did intend to stay off this thread. However, at least ****ing read it, Bob man. Or try to engage your brain when you do. That little ****ing fraud was mentioned because he was referred to on yet another Facebook post that ‘named the perpetrator’. As it turns out, though, the Arab sounding name seems to have been made up. You see these people don’t actually give a **** about the victims in Southport. All they’re interested in is fomenting hate and their own racist agenda. **** them. The effect is then seen when all and sundry share it and get worked up in a lather. The work is complete.

As for this country being overrun, it’s just another example that we’re far too thick as a country to have the discussion we need. Now that is something that is scary for our future.

According to media outlets, he was born in Cardiff, so not a boat person at all.

Why is the NHS crippled then? Not able to keep up with housing demand? Billions being spent on refugees staying in accommodation? Did we have that problem 30 years ago? Why do you think people travel half way around the world to come here? Because they want the nice weather?

England is now the 4th most densely populated major country on earth. There’s a lot of hatred being projected all over social media at the minute but to simply just dismiss it as racists whinging about nothing is mental.

Of course anyone can commit crime, anyone can murder/SA someone. But in a country of predominantly white British folk you’d expect them to be the main culprits, just like in Sierra Leone you’d expect the culprits to be African. But take London for instance where black “Londoners” make up 13% of the population yet account for 61% of knife murders. How is that normal?

Why is the NHS crippled? Because it has been systematically underfunded for 14 years. Why are we not able to keep up with housing demand? Planning rules, NIMBYs, private company land banking and government investment. Why do people travel half way round the world to come here? Because we've got a need for working age people in an ageing population, because areas of the world are becoming less habitable due to war and environment, because the sun never sets on the British empire and they feel a connection, because a load of EU countries had already taken a load of people - take your pick.

Why do you think people online make up stuff about it being an asylum seeker with an arab name if not because they're trying to incite hatred for a race or religion? Inciting racist hate online is pretty racist I reckon. For clarity I don't refer to people who shared the post, but to the initial fake posters. It might well turn out to be someone of muslim descent who did this, but that doesn't make the fake posters any less racist. Be interested to see where you get the stats on the 4th highest population density. Also, air quotes around Londoner? Choice. I know not to bother engaging with you on this subject again:emoticon-0145-shake

Apologies, 5th not 4th. Englands population density was last recorded at 438 per sq/Km. For reference, India is 435. Minus the smaller islands with very small populations only Palestine, Bangladesh, Rwanda and South Korea have higher population densities.

NHS, that’s received more funding than ever over the last 14 years and more than labour ever put aside for them by the way, is struggling because of money? Not because they’re absolutely stowed off with a booming population that the NHS wasn’t prepared for? The population of the UK has gone from approx 58m in 1997 (before labour opened the floodgates) to 67m. How does our infrastructure cope with a population that’s almost 20% that of what it was less than 30 years ago without throwing obscene amounts of money at it? Where does that money come from? You all live in fantasy land. By the way in the same 27 year period Germanys population has actually gone DOWN. Italys has gone down. The other major EU nation that has risen is France, and conveniently they’re not doing too well either.

Fair point about houses, there hasn’t been planning regulations or people buying up land until just recently has there. Forgot about that.

So in a matter of weeks we have had the following happen...
Soldier stabbed in Kent, gone quiet nothing being reported.
Roma Gypsy Riots in Leeds, gone quiet nothing being reported
Manchester airport police attack by pakistani muslims, gone quiet after the context was made public as to why the police acted the way they did.
Bangladeshi riots in London, gone quiet nothing being reported.
Palestine marches weekly, will never end until the situation is resolved yet criminality occurs at every march we see nothing about prosecutions.
Now young children stabbed to death and the media are more concerned about the wrong community being wrongly labelled as responsible !!
If a white man or woman committed any of the atrocities above against those communities we would have the mainstream media crying racism for weeks on end.
Tolerance is running thin and people have had enough, we cant keep on appeasing these communities for the sake of fear to upset.
The home office need to get a grip quickly or there is a real risk that some idiots will start fighting fire with fire, over 10s of thousands in London at Robinsons march shows people are rising up against what is happening and these kind of acts will only fuel the fire that Robinson has started.

My 11 year old daughter goes to one of these types of dance classes 3 times a week during term. They also go out of their way to provide free child care/events over the holidays to help us out and allow the kids to enjoy themselves. Which my daughter will also be attending in a few weeks time. This fact leaves me feeling even more choked.

You are correct in the fact that I used the term woke lazily I used it to try and describe apologists or the reformists or activists or whatever other people are out there who would look for a reason why these things happen and then expect us to accept an explanation of poor childhood or mental health or its the council to blame or its because of immigration.
**** me I held a door open for a woman a few months ago and got a mouthful for doing what I was brought up to do act gentlemanly.
Like I said world has gone to ****, I don't know the answers but have got a load of questions.
So yeah I think I may have used Woke as a lazy descriptor but to be honest for how I feel its hard to think of a shorter way to describe it or explain how I feel.

Mate, we all send our kids off to these activities, rainbows, breakfast club, basketball with the thought that they will be safe from harm. These kind of attacks are rare but doesn't make it any less heartbreaking. In tears hearing about the 3rd little girl.
