Also today has shown that our young players can step up and play when rotation is needed especially around the Christmas/new year time. Miquel (Back up for Santos now),Frimpong,Coquelin and AOC can be good squad players.

I think Oxo had given a lot in the game, it was probably the right time to try and inject some fresh legs. There were only 3 mins to go.

sorry but Flappies only strategy is to fall to the the ground like a sack of spuds.

Im convinced Chesny would have been out to at least interfere with the attempt on goal .

Fab just seems to wait for the inevitable .

Vito needs some games over this guy
I don't think Fappy is a bad GK, but Vito has the potential to be better

That's a bit unfair on Fabianski, there wasn't a lot he could have done about that goal.
In fact, apart from a loose ball after the corner, there wasn't much Arsenal could have done about it at all. It was a classic sucker punch counter attacking goal, and city took it well.

I don't think you can criticise the manager or players too much for it. We were pressing for a winner and I would rather have seen that, than us playing cautiously for extra time, when we would have still had to have pressed at some point anyway. It was an understandable decision to go for it with a few minutes left.

Positive play - we were unlucky that it wasn't rewarded.

  9. Because I truly enjoy relishing in your humiliation, capitulation, failure and internal arguments - seriously, it's truly hilarious.

Not sure if anyone noticed but Frimpong and Nasri had a little confrontation after the final whistle. Think Nasri told him I will see you inside <laugh>

  12. Sorry but watching your lot fail, capitulate and collapse is truly hilarious. Oh, it's "add" not "ad" <ok>

The bigger worry for me is Arshavins form, I think the guys head just isn't right.
He hasn't impressed at all this season and if we get any sensible offers in Jan I think we should offload, we've probably seen the best of him....

Nothing in it really - I thought we worked harder - but The Oilwell were slightly more composed.

He didn't really get time to make an impression tonight, but the few times he did get the ball in a decent position, he didn't really make anything of it.
If one of the tacky mega bucks clubs comes in for him, I think we should bite their hand off personally

According to Arseblog, Nasri threw a punch at Frimpong in the tunnel and ran off. ****.
