Surely Havertton should be starting, he's looked our best attacking threat from wingback, and he can take a good set piece. There just ain't goals in that starting 11 still. We desperately need to bring in a winger or 2 and an attacking mid !

Fair to say the locals aren’t enthralled by facing a club as gargantuan as ours and haven’t attended in huge number.

In addition I think we need 2 central midfielders, one to replace Hayden and one to replace the Hodge / Dozzell position, a good passer of the ball who can link our defence to the attacking players.

40 minutes gone, lots of possession. Colback’s had a shot saved, Alfie Lloyd looks good. Most of our attacks are coming through Smyth and Andersen on the left.

Not a bad first half but the second half we were awful. Sloppy passing and kept giving the ball away. I switched it off to watch the test match after 75 minutes.
