Very much looking forward the this, seems like a long time since we’ve been able to watch at a respectable hour.

opening ceremony live from 6:30pm today

let the games begin …………

expecting us to be pushing for 2nd place in the overall table, likely finish 3rd.

 

Looking forward to watching the track cycling, swimming, handball and track and field that I always enjoy watching and forget about at the end of the games.

Will watch the cycling road race but that's about it, time difference makes it pretty nasty.

 

Rail network ****ed, arson attacks apparently. A bit of chaos it would appear.

 

I'll be watching men's and women's track from 1500m to 100m and the women's beach volleyball.
I won't be watching Olga from Bulgaria in the women's hammer.

Will there be decent terrestrial coverage?
Used to be great when you could watch anything, last couple Olympics been quite restrictive unless you pay another provider.
Think it's short term thinking chasing the £££ , not good for the obscure sports at all.

Was going to take my mrs to Paris this weekend for her bday. Glad I didn’t now, didn’t realise it was the weekend of the Olympics. Would’ve been nervous of a terrorist attack the whole time.
