    Let's also not forget that Bordeaux owner Gerard Lopez (since 2021) also tried to buy Saints from Gao but was vetoed... meaning that we eventually ended up with Dragan instead

    Thank **** for that, relegation or not

    The stadium is beautiful, I was lucky enough to go there for the Euros in 2016 and the city was great fun.

    I am sure they will be back and like DTLW, grateful the same owner didn’t get his hands on us, another near miss after SISU

    This is terrible news the equivalent of a top 10 premier League club.going bust. The stadium was built/finished in 2016 for the Euro's. The father of my granddaughter will be gutted as regular at le Girondins. When the vultures first started circling Saints paid the asking price for Mara and helped the club.when.they were relegated to L2. Mara may not have lit fires at st Mary's but he was seen as a talent by a lot of premier League and European clubs as a product of the PSG academy Since their relegation there has been a lot of politics to make sure they stayed down, the club was mismanaged but whatever they did they didn't stand a chance. I feel bad about saying this but saints are in a very good scouting position for signing any of the players.
