had a james bond conversation this afternoon ,my collegue said i watched that casino royal and i thourght daniel craig is a bit ****e as james bond,now im having to agree with him on this -daniel craig in my view is not the best bond their has been so i drew up some ideal replacements what people think gene hunt actor ray winstone sean bean john simm anyone else got any good sugestions
Better than Roger Moore, George Lazenby and Timothy Dalton certainly. I kinda liked Pierce, but Sean was always the best!
jury out on craig seing how he do in the new one out next year before make a judgement but so far not impressed

I think the problem with comparing the actors who play James Bond, is that times change and the genre has had to develop into a franchise that can still attract a young audience. Trying to compare Sean Connery & Daniel Craig is nigh on impossible - if you look at how completely out of touch a film like 'Dr No' would be with a modern audience, it's a complete non-starter. I think the powers-at-be have done an incredible job keeping James Bond films alive - I like Craig's Bond even if he is a little un-expressive at times. I'm looking forward to the new film and in future seeing Robbie Williams take over the role!
Daniel Craig doing a good job in bringing bond more up to date... Sean Bean has already been a bond villain.. Gene Hunt is a no no ray winstone would be a good villain john simm is a bit too pussyish if they were to replace Craig then they'd more than likely go for Clive Owen or possibly Hugh Jackman
Joker - is this ^^^^^ really you ? I don't know if I can take so much common sense - well done ( genuine compliment ) - but I won't mind if occasionally you revert to type - new GC is a bit tame, and uncut hasn't got going yet.
