I agree I think he comes across great in the interview. More of a general statement across the board about how we're referred to outside of Hull.
United is looking for a third GK apparently, why don't we try Bayindir then? Lad was frustrated because of sitting entire year behind awful Onana.
Not sure he rejected, I don't think conversations went further than "Okay do you want to play for us?", "Thanks Acun abi, but I have offers from Gala, Fener, Besiktas, Trabzon."
Works both ways. Do you refer to Newcastle as 'Newcastle United' or Leeds as 'Leeds United'? People other than Hull City fans dont give a toss about names, they are talking about a place with one club, so it is just 'Hull'. Ive never understood why so many get annoyed by it but I know there are plenty who do. Its less confusing than Rovers fans singing 'we all hate Hull' in Punch the other week. Xavi Simons would have been confused as hell in there that day I am sure.
I enjoy winding Twitter twats up with it. "But you support Hull" "no I don't" "pretty sure you do" "nope" Goes on for ages and they never get it
Someone on Twitter has put a picture up of the training ground and it looks like Brendon Williams is there.
If you live in the Hull area then "Hull" is a rugby team , to everybody else "Hull" and "Hull City" are the same club
If we get him do you think shirt sales will go up? It's supposed to be a big market in the Asian Countries.
