Started getting back on it on the 8th of April and done 3.6kg as of today one month in. Half a stone or so in old money. Not a terrible start.
Put four kilos on in a week’s holiday which is pretty good eating considering I was hitting 12k steps and in the gym most days. Mostly water weight and most has come off already. Three months of summer now to get lean then bulk in the winter.
Did 19,752 steps yesterday. Had four pints and some fish tacos at the half way stage like, but it still feels proper good after a walk like that. I need to do more of it. A lot more. Got golf tour Wednesday and through the weekend, when that's over there's nothing really on, so got to shed a stone for the summer holiday.
I didn't run or do any weights in 4 days last week and I feel like I've put on a stomach. Probably all psychological but it gets to a point where it's like an addiction. So I'm in my running gear and about to do 6km in the pissing rain bcos I feel like my life will end otherwise.

Wheels water bottle cages are what you are looking at I think. Just back and ****ing freezing. Thankfully it’s mainly downhill to mine on route I took out.
Steps are key. Get enough steps and you can do what you want if you don’t go mad. I’m just shy of 24000 and wanted 30000 today. Might still do it but probs not. 32k yesterday. Probably won’t have another chance to get them in like I will in June for a while as I’ve got **** all to do.

Bit behind what was meant to be the summer schedule but lightest I’ve been for a long time today. 2000 calories and no carbs yesterday and dropped 1.4kg and feel dead today. Little walk then half a dozen eggs and a bit of cod.
My gym isn’t massive and you see the same people in there pretty much all the time. There’s only one platform for deadlifts I need to use and some **** I’ve never seen before is using it for squats and taking five minutes between his sets with awful form. Desperate for him to fail and get the bar trapped on his neck.
