A load of fat drips out during cooking BTW.

Traditional gaff. Quite fancy. Bloke a couple of tables over wearing a Cardiff home shirt.

Veal innit. None of the chicken nonsense like it’s from Asda.

With you all the way there, don't mind pork though as an alternative.

Definitely. I’m sure it has come with cranberry sauce when I’ve had it elsewhere too.

Enjoyed those tacos last night so thought I'd look into how to make them properly, found a few recipes for Birra which looks right up my street. Going to make property ones when I'm off work at the end of the month.

Yeah I've done birria ones a few times on the Kamado with a slow cook, then put the griddle on and dished up the tacos on that. Highly recommended.

I love the little breads other than the big wraps. I'll look into a good side to go with. I like cooking when I have time but I don't do as much as I used to.

I usually just put pickled red onion, chimichurri, bit of lime and coriander...

Sides - bit of roasted corn is as adventurous as I've gotten with them - usually so full from the tacos nobody is arsed,

First pizza oven attempt. Need to sort temperature out at start, too hot.
