No it literally means 32 players have been put forward and Mr Walter has only agreed to 4 of them. Whichever way you look at it it’s terrible. The manager needs to be allowed to manage and bring in the players he want rather than wasting lots of time on players he doesn’t care about.
Pandur is not an upgrade on Ingram, nobody on this forum has ever seen him play. Ingram has proved himself a capable and dependable goalkeeper at this level, when he’s left to keep the ball out of our net and not expected to pretend he’s Pirlo.
I'm not sure he would have spent much time on each player. Its the equivalent of two blokes sat outside Divas watching women walk past and saying 'would you do her'. Tim will be just giving a quick nod or shake of the head.
That's what he is doing. The recruitment team are there in lieu of TW going to games and watching players himself, that's their job. He will tell them what he wants, they'll go out and find players that fit the bill, he decides which ones from that group work best.
What's the point in the club putting anything out at all when every little piece of info gets dissected, contorted and fleshed out with conjecture to the point it has to be a bad thing?
Don’t bother reading all the ****e until Page 1 says a new player has signed. Then go to the last page & see how **** they are!
I find not knowing anything about transfers quite relaxing. I’ll start to be interested when the line up against Bristol is announced, and I’ll start having vague thoughts about where we’ll end the season after the transfer window closes. …although I am sat in the sun having a large glass of Havana 7 and an even larger cigar!
