    Am I a cultist?

Anyway I’d sell him while we can turn decent cash. He guarantees goals, but also injuries which means we can’t use him for our intended purpose - to rest Isak.

Nobody will want to pay Wilson the wages he's on here.

    Saudi might.

Anyway, he's literally on half the wage of Calvert-Lewin. So someone might go for him.

Pretty sure he's on 100k? Saudi is probably the best hope though.

Lewin I still expect to join us.

I don’t think you are no.

    But apparently I’m a bedwetter. I don’t mind that.

Wilson is a difficult one because I like him as a player but he’s always injured. Maybe this new performance director will sort out the med department.

In certain we will be in a good place next season.

Call me a maudlin old ****face but after 242 pages and 4 weeks from the start of the season, i had slightly higher hopes than a free Bournemouth left back and Forests 3rd choice keeper.

The window is open until September and let's not pretend Howe will use any new signings this side of the next century.

The first few games we'll see Trippier Burn krafth Murphy and Longstaff no matter what happens.

After all we are the world’s richest football club by an absolute country mile.

But at the same time we have new rules keeping us down until we do what I said we needed to from the get go. And that’s increased commercial income. Now the PL tried to stop us here.

But we have in fact increased our income overall to over 300m which is amazing.

But we have new deals in the pipeline (eales quote) so we may break into 350-400 next season.

Slowly but surely we will catch up and then breach the top six.

Its a slow death to them all

The signing will come and they'll be underwhelming more than likely, but they will be solid additions.

I accepted this and I'm kind of struggling to understand why people' haven't figured it out yet.

They can't make top players want to sign for Newcastle ahead of their other options and they can't just pick them up like a tin of beans either.

Think that’s bad. We’ve not got any links to new players and have TAA Salah and vvd questioning their future with 1 year left on their contract!!

Are we supposed to have even an ounce of sympathy? If you guys were Oliver twist you'd already have drowned in porridge before asking for seconds.

Probably the evidence from 4 out of the 5 completed transfer windows since October 2021 clouding their collective judgement.

The first few windows were not the same they had a big wedge initially and even those windows included Burn and Targetts Popes now ruddy Kelly and it'll continue.

The names people list are out of reach that's what I'm getting at.. seskos and chiesas ain't happening.

People need to just lower their expectations a tad is the key to my comment.
