Ligue 1 signed the new tv deal eventually so they have money again. Lens can offer a few quid, wouldn't be surprised if this happened.
If all the clubs get an equal share it's worth roughly 25m a year. It would take all of that to get Ballard for me, Still would have to pay a large premium given our relationship with him.
Funny turn of events if that's true like, probably during the recruitment process he realised how good Ballard is when doing his homework. Personally I would want £20m or more for him, as someone else said a few posts up, he is probably our most important player and for me is Premier league ready right now, have a sneaky suspicion if he didn't choose Northern Ireland he might have won England caps, but it's a bit early to know for sure.
