They believe he missed but shrapnel from the bullet caused an artificial wound. It might have hit the podium or something on the stand. He was 20 with no prior experience, so it wasn't an easy shot. He took one initial shot, missed and by his sporadic fire afterwards, likely panicked.
Yeah, I don't know what went on, what I saw I didn't seem to comprehend or make any sense of, maybe seeing it so soon after the event does not help make a great assessment of everything that was going on. Plus there was so much fake stuff suddenly hit twitter. Hopefully as it unfolds over the coming days I'll make more sense of it. If I was being totally honest, at the time it seemed like a load of baffoons acting out a Laurel and Hardy sketch, maybe that's just reality, gone in the blink of an eye.
Was just listening to Trevor Phillips on SKY News, he said watching it was like not believing what you are seeing, I think that part explains the process my brain went through - you doubt yourself and don't believe it's real, as Trevor said, no this can't be happening. Hence you then fall down the conspiracy rabbit holes.
Apparently he's a registered Republican (Crooks, the shooter) which is interesting to me because the only two people I've talked to in person that said "shame he missed" are also Republicans. I think the Never Trump.republicans hate him more than the Democrats (can't blame them since Trump stole the party from them and turned it into something it wasn't).
One man dead and two seriously wounded by that pellet gun, unless of course it is fake news because no one gets shot in America
That happens to all parties though don't it, turn them into something they wasn't, even Labour under Starmer are not the Labour of the past. It all comes down to which element get to the reins of the party and steers the ship.
What I don't get with all this, we've heard non stop about Trump getting a flea in his, but hardly seen fook all about the person killed, it's like no shhite cares about that. So when parties talk about morals, maybe we should care more about real people than big mouthed politicians. I didn't even know the gender of the person killed until you just said....I thought it had been some woman.
I think in the original report it said a man was killed and two other people in a critical condition, there was a photo of a man lying dead with a possibly wounded woman sat next to him One thing for sure an air gun could only have done that damage from about 10 yards at most and as for being staged that was too close to his eye for that to have been the case God Bless America
I didn't even know the shooter was on the roof originally, didn't know where the shot came from, close or distant. I thought originally it had come from behind him. Having seen where the shooter was now, and the security positioned on the roof (snipers), the question I now think is why didn't they shoot him sooner, even Republican supporters knew he was there, they video'd him on the roof and told the cops.
