Came into this tournament with low expectations and view tonight's game in the same vein. Would be delighted if we can pull it off but won't get too down if the Spanish win. It's all on who handles the occasion the better as it is in all finals. Good luck England.

To be honest I rarely watch England and not a fan of international football overall, I have watched our tournament games though and we Have largely been more lucky than good, our best quality has arguably been penalties. Hard not to be hooked by the late goal wins and a final though. Spain have been better overall so have to be favourites but in a final anything can happen.
I'm on holiday ATM in Costa Bravo, the Spanish are not saying anything, they're nervous, but you can tell they're quietly confident. But, if they win they'll come out of they're shells. The English are opposite, they celebrate as if we've won already.
Very good side. I would be targeting Cucarella though if I were Saka. Definite weak spot for me. I would also try and turn their centre backs a bit, not the quickest. If Foden can get between them he could be a nightmare for them.
It's not pretty but someone needs to make a big challenge on Yamal and Rodri early doors. Can't let either of them get going, huge jobs for Jude/Foden and Shaw (if he's starting)
That was often my job when playing . I often was given someone as a target. I am going back a few years though so you always got away with barely disguised assault in the first 10 minutes or so. I got plenty back mind. The state my ankles and knees in are proof of that. It got to a point where I was the target for some sides, get me before I got their man, and I was not our main man. Different times. Tonight, for me is about patience and discipline out of posession. When we get it we have to then keep it and make sure we play with width as that might just start pulling Rodri about a bit and he doesnt like that. If we turn it over when their full backs are high then we need to play in behind them early for the likes of Bellingham and Saka to pull them about. Who knows, I am shaking just thinking about it. The Jaipur is on the go already, malt primed. Could get messy either way for me.
