If both teams play to form ... Spain win ... but football is an inexact science ... one where results and performances can, quite often, defy logic ... A team collective can usurp individual talent ... it did in '66 - England did not have the best individuals - not in pure footballing terms, but they did have the best 'team'... with every member knowing their role and, especially in the final, executing it accordingly ... So - against the odds.. and logic - I'm predicting an England win tonight - just hope I haven't jinxed it
