It sounds like a good first run out, and clearly a different mind set to the way Liam played. It seems TW was very happy how all the players have tried to adopt his playing style, which is encouraging. Really nice goal by Sincere Hall, lovely first touch and ball in from Tinsdale.
Like the sound if this fella, seems very grounded and has a hard work ethic, looking forward to what he can bring, and hope Acun backs him in his quest for players to add to our team and squad
Just saw the highlights on Tigers +. We did create some good chances, in fact Jacobs and Longman should probably score. You could see the intent to get into areas where we can put dangerous balls in which was a major criticism last year. Teams seemed to constantly score against us using cutbacks but we rarely found ourselves in those positions. Giles really stood out (I hope he stays) but the camera work wasn't great for getting a proper overview of things. Really looking forward to seeing us play properly!
Me too. Refreshingly not up his own arse like the previous incumbent with little experience, no achievements and no right to talk like he was something special with a secret formula #letitgoGFAW. But tbf it is refreshing and makes you realise how up his arse he was
