I'm also hoping that neither Olmo nor Kane score (or anyone else scored multiple goals) for the golden boot. Unless @Turbia Milk uses the minutes played tiebreaker. I am however prepared to forego the golden boot points if it means Kane scores the winner.

This mean Mito could score as low as 10pts or as high as 17pts. JB could score as low as 9 pts or as high as 16pts. So it looks like @Germlands Nozzer is the winner as no one can catch him... Golden boot is still being shared between a lot of teams (including BOTH of Nozzer's) so the table isn't final... But no one can catch Nozzer now. Congratulations on your Pool Title! . Apart from the first half yesterday - and the same in the first game - they've spent the entire tournament going through the motions waiting for a bit of luck or a flash of individual brilliance.
Surely having a Frenchman referee an England final is like having a Manc referee a Liverpool final. Has St. Sir Gareth the Great the first senior's luck finally run out.
Unless England suddenly remember they're supposed to be a football team I think Spain might be the biggest obstacle.
If we're going outside Europe. Half of the US supports England in major tournaments... Even ones the US is in. I think because they watch the Premier League.
