VIP THURSDAY Morning guys - Golf has been posted in the VIP channel. Thanks for feedback on monthly NAP comp. Lots of interest so we will set it up. INFO out soon. PERTH Can’t complain with the racing here at Perth today looks a fair card for a Thursday with 4 class 4 races to kick of the card. PERTH 3.18 - DICEY RIELLY 11/4 - 1 point win This may well be the most competitive affair of the day at Perth but the market has clearly sided now with DICEY RIELLY who is being well supported. After watching DICEY in his last race he jumped right at the final 3 fences and cost himself in the region of 10 lengths. He was 3rd in behind VILLAGE MASTER who is unbeaten over fences - he comes in off the same mark and has Sean Bowen on board for the ride again who has a 20% strike rate over the past 14 days - his strike rate up at Perth is even better with a 28% win rate this season. If jumping issue is resolved we should have a good chance. PERTH 4.50 - PAMMI 7/1 - 0.5 EW PAMMI is a 6 time course winner. She loves it round Perth and was last seen here with a 3rd place effort when 7 lengths of the winner. I’m not sure this is the best piece of form in all honesty as non runners and fallers made it a weak finish. With that said she has been given a real chance by the handicapper with a 2lb drop for that finish that leaves her weighted to win at a mark of 88. She is now 6lbs below her last winning effort and looks good value here to chance her again to get back into the winners enclosure. PAMMI is one of the most prolific winning horses in the Goldie stable and she always tries her best. YARMOUTH I have GLISTENING in the tracker who makes debut today for the Gosdens. I’ve had a small bet but it’s a very short price for a debutant at 5/4. Comes with obvious risks if following this one and small bets for interest only. Lets see how this one gets on - breeding on paper and profile suggests this Frankel Filly will be worth following this summer for a hard with a top strike rate with newcomers, especially when targeted at Yarmouth… 4.00 YARMOUTH - SIEMPRE ARTURO 3/1 - 1 point win 4lbs up after winning at Leicester - this looks like a good chance to follow up. This horse finished 2023 with a bang and continued progress before finding a flat spot with two poor runs recently up in class in big field handicaps. The Leicester run was a welcome return to form and it’s likely he has more in the locker based upon how he finished that race. Good value here and on the drift but conditions are ideal so no excuses can be made if a positive run is not seen here. Racing post agree the yard is in ‘scintillating form’ in the past fortnight with a 28% win rate from 23 attempts for the Kubler partnership. Claire and Daniel have done an incredible job with the yard after starting only a fews back in a rented yard with 6 horses on the books. Fair play to them as this is the best patch of form I’ve seen. I think the main danger is QUEENS COMPANY - a horse we have had info on in the past - I would be tempted to stick a saver on her closer to the off if she drifts out to a more attractive price. She’s 6/1 at the moment - would like 8/1 really to make it worthwhile. With that said the 6/1 is good value on 365 when you consider she is as short as 4/1 elsewhere. HAYDOCK Rossa Ryan looks to have a penalty kick in the first and should be wining with QUIETNESS in the 2.10 but I’m not confident to call where his second winner of the day comes from. He rides an unraced Godolphin favourite OLYMPUS POINT in the 4.10 but I think that’s a tough race to call. He’s then on a 28/1, 9/2 and 5/1 shot. So although there’s a bit of value in this boost I don’t think it lands as easy as the odds suggests. I’ll risk a point on this for interest. Max bet is £10 and I presume there’s no many in the group doing more than £10 per bet. The 3.10 is worth following today 100%. It’s class 3 for maiden fillies with a nice prize on offer. You would imagine a few nice horses come out of this one but I’m reluctant to tip this one, think it’s one to watch - 1 POINT on boost 3.40 HAYDOCK - RAATEA 8/1 - 0.5 EW - 4 paid Back down to a mark of 87, RAATEA last won a race here of a mark of 90. I think this C&D winner can bounce back to winning ways here at his best. He was 7th of 11th at Hamilton last time and 6th of 9th at Ascot. More impressively 3nd at Doncaster of a mark of 92 in a class 2 race. His form looks poor due to the nature of the races he’s been in of late. This is a drop into class 4 company and I think he has a good chance at a nice price. All bookies are paying 4 places here and rightly so in this 12 runner race. TOTAL POINTS SUGGESTED - 4 (will do more for tonights meets later) VIP GOLF 2nd and 4th last week on the golf. Let’s hope we can go one better at the JOHN DEERE classic that starts at 12.45. Not many of the top names in this one so should be a interesting tournament to follow: SPECIALS SKY - 1 point wins. TOP 10 - S IM and STRAKA 11/2 (good value this considering they are both clear favs) NO HOLE IN ONE 5/4 VIP PICKS - 0.25 EW RYO HISATUNE 55/1 JORDAN SPEITH 22/1 DOUG GHIM 55/1 MAVERICK MCNEALY 22/1 PATTON KIZZIRE 80/1 CAMILLO VILLEGAS 600/1 TOTAL POINTS SUGGESTED 3.5
VIP SATURDAY Not much if any rain forecast today at Sandown. I’ll do some quick write up for last nights selections so I can get on with looking at the rest of the cards today. SANDOWN SELECTIONS: 1.15 - SWINDON 5/1 - 3 paid - 0.5 EW 1.50 - TIWLIGHT CALLS 4/1 - MONEY BACK if 2nd 3rd. 2.25 - CIEROS GIFT 13/2 - 4 paid 3.00 - CLOVE HITCH 7/2 - Saver BOLSENA 12/1 3.35 - GHOSTWRITER 9/1- Best bet is probably to do BET without Fav here. 4.12 - SUN GOD 7/1 - 4 paid 4.47 - BALMACARA 8/1 & STEPHENSONS ROCKET 50/1 - 5 paid 1.15 - SWINDON 5/1 - 3 paid - 0.5 EW 3 paid here on Sky and two elsewhere. Haggas has not had this horse for long and hit the ground running with a Wolverhampton win in a minor event. Handicap debut left more questions than answers, he was poorly positioned in the Goodwood race and didn’t pick up when asked. As a result we have a decent price here in what looks a winnable race and he will run of his opening mark of 84, unchanged from his last effort. 1.50 - TWILIGHT CALLS 4/1 - MONEY BACK if 2nd 3rd. With money back offered on SKY we can have a good bet here on TWILIGHT CALLS and if we don’t win and hit 2/3rd can get money back with sky. Doesn’t make it entirely risk free but does give us a bit of margin for error. If you read and remember the Ascot write up on this horse - you will know how keen I am on this gelded son of TWILIGHT SON for the Candy yard. I have convinced myself that the fav will go off quickly and Moore will come off the pace and win this race late. I’ve actually envisioned this one in my head and feel I can see how the race will play out. LIVE IN THE DREAM is rapid and will go for the early lead and hopefully this leaves him vulnerable to a late surge. That’s our best chance to win this race I feel. It’s a drop in class for TWILIGHT CALLS - I think he is a brill price and Ascot run was a good tune up for this - it wasn’t a bad effort at all. 2.25 - CIEROS GIFT 13/2 - 4 paid CICEROS GIFT was seen in the St James G1 at Ascot when 7th in 2023. He’s been off the track since so a huge risk in a lot of respects but this is a handicap race that he should be more than capable of winning if fit based on previous exploits. There are some seasoned handicappers in here - PERROTO looks primed for a big run - CLASSIC and HOLLLOWAY BOY are offers that stand out but none of these (as far as I’m aware might be wrong) have been tried at Group 1 level. I’d keep bets on the small side here as if the horse isn’t fit then it could flop but why pitch him here if not after such a long time off… 3.00 - CLOVE HITCH 7/2 - Saver BOLSENA 12/1 A very tight affair at the top of the market - Any of the top 4 can win this - the market is changing favouritism by the hour. Can SOPRANO follow up after Ascot? Hope not as keep getting this one wrong. It’s CLOVE HITCH that really stood out with his previous run as you can see below. It was actually a decent field he beat as well - this is a step up but excited to see how good he actually is!! Small saver for BOLSENA who looks a solid price outside of the top 4 in the market. 3.35 - GHOSTWRITER 9/1- Best bet is probably to do BET without Fav here. If CITY OF TROY gets boosted then take the bet guys as he will win this race doing handstands in my opinion. This is his race to lose. We get to see the 3 year olds against some of the older horses in this race so CITY OF TROY has an allowance over older rivals. I do think STAY ALERT is overpriced now at 50/1 if anyone wants to try something speculative but in all honesty the only one I think could get near CITY OF TROY is GHOSTWRITER. 4.12 - SUN GOD 7/1 - 4 paid SUN GOD drops in class here today after finishing half a length behind a winner in class 3 at Newmarket. They were nearly 10lengths ahead of other rivals on the day. This has seen SUN GOD pushed up 5lbs for todays race but he looks like an improving horse with more in the locker. Worth a small EW here to take on the fav ASHARIBA who is the one they all need to beat on form. 4.47 - BALMACARA 8/1 & STEPHENSONS ROCKET 50/1 - 5 paid STEPHENSONS ROCKET is really interesting runner here for this handicap. His last run at Sandown last month should see him strip fitter (it wasn’t very good) but the price is right here for a horse that’s done most of his recent racing over in Hong Kong. This is a massive drop is class from the G2 races he has participated over at SHA TIN - I think he’s worth a small EW at a big price. Quite a lot of money already for BALMAACARA who has been brilliant this season for Even Johnston. Pitched in at listed level at Epsom last month and ran well to finish 3rd. This race is easier - genuine chance to win here. (The rockets form in Asia below is well ahead of lower priced rivals) GOOD LUCK ALL NATE
VIP Doncaster! Conditions should be tough here today due to lots of rain so just a couple we reckon can go well again today at Donny! Our greyhound BABY SADE runs here first handicap today for info on our syndicate (50+ winners since started ) follow here https://t.me/ MHlfOu_H9xlmNTI0 (we can also get tickets and owners lounge for most tracks if keen to go races) Doncaster 3.10 - MYBOYMAX 5/1 - 1 point EW Whoever was here a couple of years ago we had MYBOYMAX pay for Christmas that year after he won for us at 66/1 I believe it was. He’s not been as good or as consistent but he is now currently handicapped accordingly to that. He did a lot better last time when switching to the first-time blinkers. Needs to build on that last effort now but holds strong claims. Doncaster 6.00 Hurt You Never 9/2 - 1 point win Saver SHOWALONG 12/1 - 0.25 EW We’ve had this horse in the tracker for a very long time and always seems to be involved in the finish. We’ve tipped it the last 2 times where she’s finished a bunch finish third at Newbury then the last day went on to win for us. Mia Nicholls keeps the mount today and with a valuable 5lb off her back should be bang there again today in what looks a wide open race. I also track SHOWALONG who has ran quite well without winning recently. Now 5lbs last winning mark he should be on the premises as conditions will be ideal for him today for the inform Easterbys.
NEWMARKET TIPS: 1.50 - ANCIENT WISDOM 5/4 - 1 Point win 2.25 - AIN’T NOBODY 5/1 - 2 paid 365. 3:00 TWO TRIBES 12/1 & DARK VINTAGE 17/2 - 5 paid sky 15:35 HAMISH - 10/11 - 1 point win 4.45 - KITTY ROSE 11/4 - 1 point win 5.20 - URBAN SPRAWL 12/1 - 0.5 EW 1.50 - ANCIENT WISDOM 5/4 - 1 Point win Everyone else I’ve asked fancies SPACE LEGEND here. I think all 4 horses can win the race TBH. All of these 3 year olds remain unexposed at this level other than ANCIENT WISDOM who has proven he can perform at higher levels than this hence his rating. With this being a group race they all run off even weight today so even SPACE LEGEND must improve 8lbs on rating and the others are 11lbs behind. That’s also taking into account that ANCIENT WISDOM doesn’t improve today. He could well perform even better now down in class and at a more suitable track. My opinion is that it’s going to take huge improvement from something to beat him but nothing can be ruled out. PORTLAND has a listed win, and ROYAL SUPREMACY has a good 3rd place in G2 company… none of these horses are DERBY horses other than ANCIENT WISDOM who finished ahead of some very good animals when 8th at Epsom in the classic in June. 2.25 - AIN’T NOBODY 5/1 - 2 paid 365. - 1 point EW Not every O Brien horse can be a world beater and at 1/1 I just think WHISTLEJACKET is worth taking on. He ran well at Ascot when 4th but going off at 10/11.. he was expected to win the race. If you fancy him today - don’t let me put you off here as he’s going to get the soft ground today that got he had for his Curragh runs. His listed win in May was particularly impressive on the soft. Aidan is our main Irish tipster and he fancies him to win the race. I’ve had my bet on AIN’T NOBODY at 5/1. I’d be tipping every favourite nearly if not but we are not tipping this horse fore the sake of it. This horse won the listed WINDSOR CASTLE at Ascot. With 27 runners it’s a notoriously hard race to win. The Ryan team have big plans for this one with Irish, York and G2 entries lined up for the rest of summer. How he pulled away at Ascot for only his second race on track was very impressive. This step up to 6 furlongs should unlock more improvement as he was going away from all Ascot rivals at the line. 3:00 TWO TRIBES 12/1 & DARK VINTAGE 17/2 - 5 paid sky - 0.5 EW If we draw a line under TWO TRIBES run at Ascot then we have a horse in very good form. She hung right at Ascot in a large field and didn’t take to the Ascot track. She has already ran well here at Newmarket and that was over 6 furlongs which trip she will have today. Hollie Doyle rides and we should be ok with the ground conditions. DARK VINTAGE ran in a listed race ay York when 3rd behind BIG EVS - that is a good piece of form for this race and he’s tried for the first time at 6 furlongs today. He ran a big race at Ascot from 66/1 when 6th in the in the Holyroodhouse stakes - Hard to argue that he doesn’t hold some of the best form for this one. 15:35 HAMISH - 10/11 - 1 point win May be able to get a little boost on this if you shop around. Ran 2nd the last day at Epsom on ground I thought was quicker then they made out. Gets his ground again today and the fact he’s 10/11 I actually see this as value. The obvious danger looks to be ARREST. HAMISH Should win this if running to Epsom form on what I thought was rattling ground. I’ve called in a bit of help on this one as I wanted to tip ARREST initially - I think ARREST will improve today and we are yet to see best of this horse. He’s better value at 7/2 but I think the most likely scenario with this ground is that he follows HAMISH home. Drop in class for HAMISH aswell today and he is very hard to beat at this level. Only thing not to like is the price. 4.45 - KITTY ROSE 11/4 - 1 point win LEAD ARTIST impressed with the way he came clear in a valuable novice event at the York Dante meeting and could well take this step up into Listed company in his stride however, KITTY ROSE made a fine start for her new stable when finishing 5th under a big weight in the Sandringham at Royal Ascot. She’s twice been a runner-up in Group 3 company and won a 7f Listed race last year on good ground. Going by form she’s the one to beat here and holds leading claims. 5.20 - URBAN SPRAWL 12/1 - 0.5 EW URBAN SPRAWL has been absent since December and has since been gelded. He ran well on last seasons reappearance and is currently on a competitive mark judging by last seasons best efforts so if he’s ready for this he should be in the mix and holds each way claims. TOTAL POINTS SUGGESTED - 5.5 (Bigger outlay expected for next two days with bigger fields to look forward to)

VIP Newmarket Morning all I am running a bit behind today but will send these two short prices out now whilst I get my other write ups done. Scott has wrote these two up for me today but they are both picks of mine. Porta won for us at Ascot where No Half Measures hit the bar when third at a massive price. Id rather George maintained the ride for it today but can’t complain that Moore is on really 15:35 Porta Fortuna 6/4 Saver 0.25 ASHWIYA 50/1 Come close in the 1000 guineas not so long ago before taking up the coronation at royal Ascot just a few weeks back. Is a very talented horse when up for the task in hand and should go well under Ryan Moore. 17:20 No Half Measures 5/2 There’s a drift on this and I can’t see why? Didn’t disappoint when a 50/1 third at Royal Ascot the last day and if she can carry on with that form there’s no reason why she can’t win this. We have the progressive GOOD GOOD GOOD in the race who’s 2/2 but the last race was practically a walkover so we remain to see how good that is. Can see Ryan moore clearing up today. At 50/1 and the rank outsider in the field - ASH has been written off by the bookies today. Poor form in a class 4 is not ideal for this race today but Irish form from late last year could be key to a big run. 3rd in a Drogheda listed at 5 furlongs is one of the best pieces of form in this whole line up. A return to 5 furlongs is also key after a 6 furlong flop LTO. Not fired for new yard yet but I feel this one might be overlooked.
VIP Newmarket If we have a better day with these I will post something for later races but not that confident with the 4.10 and 4.45. 1.50 - SUN GOD 15/2 - 0.5 EW Money back in this race with sky offer I’ve had a go on SUN GOD and REBATT here. Both decent EW prices, plenty of money has come for SUN GOD this morning and he has been gelded since his run here in May. He was just denied by BLACK RUN who ran a very nice 3rd recently in a top handicap at Ascot. We have a 3lb claim from Bowen and a good chance here I think. I also like REBAAT. 2.25 - HEAVENS GATE 13/8 - 1 point win - TALES OF THE HEART 11/1 0.25 EW ENCHANTING EMPRESS has drifted from 80/1 from 33/1 which has tempted me to have a few pennies (0.25EW) on but I presume the drift will be due to the ground as she wanted it soft today in order to have a proper chance. TALES OF THE HEART has listed form, 2nd LTO here at Newmarket and is lightly raced with plenty of potential improvement in her. I’ve had a small bet on with 4 places paid. HEAVENS GATES from in the Albany at Ascot showed she is a horse with plenty of potential. She’s a worthy fav here and only just beaten by FAIRY GODMOTHER. The 3 horses in the Albany finished well ahead of others and it was very competitive this year so it’s hard to really get away from HEAVENS GATE here who we also tipped at Ascot. 3.00 - VINO VICTRIX 12/1 & KINGHTSWOOD 9/1 - 5 places paid - 0.5 EW ZOFFEE will put that poor run in the Newcastle plate behind her and run a good race here I think but I’ve gone with a few at bigger prices with KNIGHTSWOOD at 9/1 and VINO VICTIRX at 12/1. You can get better prices with 4 paid elsewhere but my prices here are based off what I’ve bet myself today on SKY. Long losing run for VINO VICTRIX looked close to coming to an end at Goodwood last month. She has ran well now for her past 3 races without winning. This is certainly not the easiest task for VINO today but we are finally back down to last winning mark giving us a chance. KNIGHTSWOOD took a hit from the handicapper when second at Haydock recently in a race he should have won. Now racing from a rating of 89, he arrives after a poor effort at Pontefract in a race he was expected to win. ROSSA RYAN takes over the rife from Joe Fanning for this race and I feel that if he can run to the Haydock form in June then he is a good price here considering he went off favourite that day. TOTAL POINTS 3.

Not had a bet all week For some reason couldn’t get on bet365 wouldn’t allow me too while in Tenerife
was that via an app?? I cannot use the sky bet app when abroad but I can log on via the internet if I turn my WiFi off. It’s a weird set up!! tbh I’ve gone old school when abroad & I use a telephone betting service…it’s like the 1990s lol
