Great to have a challenge pre season. Like that fantastic tour of Malaysia under Hughes…..really set us up for the season.
All about getting match fitness and cohesion, the results aren't important but they can build a confidence and unity. I'm sure the games against Prem teams will give us much more of a challenge, but big victories in the mean time aren't to be sniffed at, no matter who the opposition is !

OK, it has to be said that they looked like a pub team with Lumley in goal. Some shocking misses from Armstrong and our keeper looked a bit like a flapper. Still a workout, so take the positives. No one injured too as far as I know, so all good !
I also note that 1 of the 4 pictures they've posted of the 3rd kit has Clarke-Salter wearing it, which could be a good sign in terms of keeping him. Would be a bit stupid to photo him with it and then he leaves. However, some people in the club have been a bit stupid in the past
