I believe there's a load of tickets going into a ballot for fans in Spain and England tonight, most of the applications are from England and I suspect they're mainly from fans who are already in Germany.

Junior and his girlfriend just managed to get tickets, I’m more than a little jealous.

We had a discussion on the way back from the semi-final, about whether I’d come back for the final and decided either I stayed out there or I probably wouldn’t be able to.

My best mate, who I sat with at City for 16 years, drove over for the semi and decided to go straight to Berlin the day after. I had the option of going with him and having a few days holiday, but decided I had too much on.

I may regret that decision on Sunday night.

You do realise that 'Mocktails' are based on 'Cocktails' don't you? Tbf it was a good cover-up for your weak-ass racism.

They don’t have alcohol in, you dimbo. Refer back to your original silly post on the subject.
And where was the racism! You never mentioned the race of the people whose wedding you attended, just their religion. One which foists their wishes on everyone else.

OK I've had an increasingly feeling, despite the poor performances, that our name might well be on the trophy, seems we have been riding our luck, but ya make your own luck in this game, keep it scruffy, disrupt the Spanish, get niggle with them, and under their skin. We do have the quality to upset the odds here, for probably the first time in this tournament we're going into a game as second favourites in a 2 horse race, might just be the thing that allows us some freedom to express ourselves. My spidey sense suggests a nervy 2-1 victory .. my head keeps telling me dont be so daft !

Of course they don't. I was suggesting that if they were completely against alcohol then why have drinks that mimic it? I'm sure they wouldn't do that in some places. It's almost as if they've been westernised! <doh> If it suits you though, you carry on being childish and thick as pig-**** for believing it.
Did your lovely neighbour 'foist' their **** on you? I'd wager that they didn't, and were perfectly pleasant.

No you didn’t, you said they couldn’t be against alcohol because they had mocktails. Why not have alcoholic drinks for those who want them and non alcoholic drinks for those who don’t? They can be in the vicinity of alcohol as plenty of shops owned my Muslims sell alcohol. I see you quickly resort to insults directed at someone who doesn’t agree with you. Is that what educators do nowadays?

Not quite in the true spirit of the thread but where is the next striker for England coming from after Sir Harry?

Watkins is no spring chicken and I can’t think of a natural successor?

Greenwood would have been nailed on but I’d rather support Scotland than see that beast in the England team.

    Any ideas?
