Yes, and we had to go searching for it every time we wanted to talk about Wales due to the volume of Maskey threads.
Come to think of it Bluey, it's my fault it's a sticky - you didn't ask for it. I'll unstick it and see how it goes - it can always be pulled back to the top of the board by anyone posting on it.
Oops - sorry, done it. If the concensus amongst posters is it should kept at the top of the board through our upcoming Championship season, then I'll re-do it.
I'm just a bit worried that as the Wales thread will only be used periodically, it could disappear off the first page and result in loads of individual threads about what's happening with the national team. If course I'll happily accept the consensus of my good friends on here (though I will undertake to keep the thread visible).
The problem is the pauses in interest and news on the national team and inactivity is not something we need at the top of the page (or even Page..). This is the Cardiff City FC in the Championship forum, and the vast majority of those posting on it want to talk about the club. The "National" thread can always be bumped up by anyone with a single post on it.
Your prerogative - just don't report in every time Bellers farts................ Now then - do you (and others) want the "Joke thread" to be treated in the same way?
AHH, sticky threads... Reminds me of my younger days going to what is now Metros in the late 80's / early 90's... Many an item of clothing ruined. Never experienced a more sticky floor in a club!!!
Clearly never went to Cleopatras Club in Newport. You had to try and slide across the floor as it was virtually impossible to lift your feet off the carpet. Spillages of beer, sick, pi$$, sh1t and other bodily fluids. I'm sure Sticky Vicky of Benidorm fame learned her art there.
