Fortunately, she loves football and is happy for me , the kids and grandkids to go to games. She used to go me with me every week years ago.
Can't think why but Mrs Two buys my pass for City. Just 35 years together for us two, cliched but she's the best thing that ever happened to me.
52 years for us. First time we got together I remember so clearly, even though I was absolutely pissed. It was in Scarborough 23/9/1972. We had lost 0-1 at Middlesbrough earlier that day. I think it was being such a romantic that was my main attraction.
She will watch in front room or upstairs as I set off the most reactive my two dogs whenever football, especially City, is on.
Country officially on a football high again . Whatever happens in Berlin both sides have match winners everywhere and two leagues to be proud of.
Good grief,it's all getting very emotional this evening... I've been with a mad Scots lass for 46 years(40 years married next Sunday).Brilliant lass, screaming for England to get it effing forward just before we scored and let out a loud 'YES' when Watkins drilled that home!!! Down to Lanzarote this Sunday for our aniversary and she said to me "That's your Sunday night sorted Ric" I thought I'd be getting my leg over FFS
Mmm. Plenty to dislike about it and those that "support" its clubs, but if it keeps producing top class players for England who we have a chance of winning things with, I can live with it, while still choosing not to watch it
Some would claim she'd have to be mad, aside from the first line of Plaistow Patricia, I couldn't possibly comment. Enjoy your holiday and have a great anniversary. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
