Yeah, getting the out of contract deals sorted then any with a transfer fee will probably depend on outgoings as that will define budget.
Cannon is another good one, only thing is with him and parrot, do they go for more of a taller focal point? Jebbison is going out on loan after signing for Bournemouth, he could be a good loan similar to Simms, to rotate in and out with whatever striker we bring in
Forgot about Stansfield. He'd be my number 1. Then Cannon. Worth pointing out that about 15 other championship teams will be saying the same so they wont be cheap.
Struggling off the top of my head. It’s a really tough one, that’s why it’s hard to criticise too much, especially this early in the window. I do like Hardie at Plymouth, he’s been mentioned a few times on here.
Cardiff City have won the race to sign former Queens Park Rangers winger Chris Willock, sources have told Football Insider. https://www.footballinsider247.com/...y-agree-to-sign-chris-willock-after-qpr-exit/
This is going to sound awfully snobbish of me, but if Cardiff is where Willock is ending up, he's not what we needed.
Willock would be a decent signing for Cardiff You know what happens on the opening day of the season now…
Would've liked him here but i'm not going to lose sleep over this. Should only really be looking for a winger if we move 2 out, we have to keep the pathway open for younger players
Loaning a decent striker from a big club would be our best bet imo. I’d imagine Moukoko will be loaned out at Dortmund this season if they sign Guirassy but probably go to someone better than us. Myron Boadu maybe? Monaco have both Balogun and Embolo ahead of him he’ll likely be loaned out again just had half a season at Twente in the eredivisie. Casper Tengstedt hasn’t lived up to much at Benfica only started a handful of games last season could be another worth trying our luck for. We saw the impact Diallo had we need to be taking a chance to try and bring in someone of that quality again. I’d still take a chance bringing Danny Loader back from Porto.
