Le Pen howling about "vote rigging" You'd think they'd have written a second script by now? On second thoughts...
Oh my word, this is going to get funny, very quickly. Order in the popcorn!! A truly stunning appointment - moving the former excellent Chair of the Select Committee from that toothless role into the position of power!! GBNews and Ofcom will indeed be ****ting themselves at this point!
While it is no doubt down to his movements being stage-managed down to the most minute detail more than anything else, which is par for the course of any POTUS, it does have to be said that there is no way to make it look good that Biden is handed picture books by his staffers before every single event which have stuff like this in them ...not least because Trump's daily briefings looked more or less the same, as he needed pictures and at least one mention of his name per page to be engaged with it please log in to view this image
It's nice to see the French see off their far-right nutters. Rather unfortunate that it had to take such drastic measures, though. Another bunch of self-proclaimed patriots sucking off Putin for cash. Traitors.
The UK may well be getting rid of at least one faction of it's xRW element sooner than expected, with Farage and Reform coming under some serious scrutiny for both financial irregularities and possible offences under the Representation of the People Act. Apparently it turns out you cannot create AI candidates for a GE!
It's obviously a CGI picture, but that doesn't mean that he doesn't really exist. The alliterative name is also suspicious, I think. Doesn't help that it's the real name of a preacher in the US, so searches are trickier. Looks like a younger, English Musk, too.
The official line is they're a real person, but because he didn't have the right colour tie on the day photos were taken they whipped up a photo of him with AI ...which doesn't wash at all, as they could Photoshop in the relevant tie after the fact in a minute or two - and certainly doesn't explain the numerous other candidates with no photos on the Reform PLC site, on their campaign Twitter feeds, any campaign literature, and a suspicious absence at hustings
And this is the other issue: when saying they didn't have the correct tie so they had to AI generate a whole picture instead of a quick Photoshop job, all they had to do to clear it up was attach a photo of themselves And it gets weirder... You see, if you attended the count for Clapham & Brixton Hill on Thursday you would have seen Bell Ribeiro-Addy (Labour), Ben Curtis (Lib Dem), Shao-Lan Yuen (Green), Asha Saroy (Tory) and Jon Key (Independent), but no sign of Max Headroom anywhere please log in to view this image So where were they? Well... (And by the way: the website in their Twitter bio isn't real either)
Tice is on Peston tonight. I'm sure that he will raise this and question him strongly! No, of course he won't!
I suggested the other day that the ID introduction probably had a significant impact on turnout: https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/more-common-hope-not-hate-asian-bme-b2576114.html Obviously this is all provisional information, but I heard a few stories from other voters that match up. It'll be interesting to see what the official figures are when they eventually turn up.
There's also the fast-growing rumours around the 'missing' postal votes in BadEnochs area - apparently matching the number of votes she won by... But in a connected, but less conspiratorial vein, the medias focus on vote share and in particular the criticism of Labour and LibDems votes/seats ratio, appears to have overlooked the fact that the high level of tactical voting would likely have have had a significant impact on those statistics.
Hospital in Gloucestershire is a long way from the count in Clapham....do you go to a Minor Injuries unit if you think you have pneumonia?
There's also questions about why countless of their candidates - ones who actually have photographs proving they exist - all seemed to be registered to the same London address no matter where they were standing Suddenly making the phantom candidates a lot easier to explain
