Actually while you are here, answer this question for me... When I looked at my tv last night, there were babies dying of starvation, you could see their ribs ffs. Yet when that last female hostage was released, she looked as though after 8 months she'd been kept in good condition and well fed. Something not adding up here, what do you suspect is going on? oh and keep it short ffs.
I'm absolutely not getting back into this thread in any serious way and I know others will spin what I am about to say in the opposite direction, but take a deep breathe and consider the following possibility: A dead Palestinian baby is worth more to Hamas than a healthy one, as it scores big PR points (it worked - you've seen it). A dead hostage is worth far less to Hamas than a live one. As soon as people stop falling for the lie that Hamas cares about their own people, a hell of a lot of things start making sense.
Fair enough mate, you confirmed my own assumptions and more. Been meaning to ask since she was released and yesterdays pictures of babies dying and you posting on here today reminded me.
I fully accept that the current Israeli government doesn't give a toss about the Palestinians. But the notion that Hamas does is farcical and extremely dangerous. This is a group of people who apparently had enough concrete and construction machinery to build 500km of military tunnels to depths of up to 80m, but didn't consider building a single civilian bomb shelter for its own people. They are murderous bastards. To portray them as anything else is to spit on the graves of the innocent people who have died.

Hamas knew exactly what would happen after the attack and probably had a good idea what the reprisals would do to Gaza but they gambled on the other Arab States joining in their Holy War but that was never going to happen because of their need for trade with the West Maybe the only way for this conflict to be settled is for the Palestinians to do to their so called leader what the Italians did to their Dictator for dragging them into the Second World War, if they can actually find them that is
considering most of the Arab states fear Iran more than Israel* that was never happening *the states view rather than their citizens
Hamas are ****s and shown a fanaticism which has totally lost sight of who and what they're supposed to be fighting for and against. They've lost sight of the fact the value of a Palestinian life is more than the hatred of Israel. They need to end no doubt. All done? Israeli government indiscriminately kills tens of thousands, starves hundreds of thousands more, tank shells civilians trying to get humaitarian aid, openly claims everyone in Gaza is legitimate target, openly calls for whole population to pushed out ot Gaza and resettle with Israelis, bombs hospitals, churches, schools, universities, kills more journalists and humanitarian workers than any other modern conflict. No Hamas in charge in the West Bank. Children shot dead by IDF, adult civilians killed by IDF, hundreds of thousands of settlements built on stolen land, fascist settlers given free rein often with the support of the IDF to beat up and kill at will, 7000 currently illegally abducted in midnight raids and held in prisons for several years without charge, 7N evidence of sexual assault and torture while there, homes bulldozed, other homes in East Jerusalem confiscated and handed over to Israelis. ALL while Israel carries out the illegal occupation of alk Palestinian land for and has done for at least 57 yrs. All reduced down to "Israel doesn't give a toss about Palestinians" lol. You gotta love @Citizen Kane.
And typical of the israelis, they have gone and annexed some more land from west bank. Just a matter of time before they annex gaza
That will be their plan. mentioned it ages ago on here, look out for a post war ‘regeneration’ project in Gaza , where Israel and likely the US will promote a benevolent rebuilding project…none of which will be for the benefit of Palestinians
No one believes Hamas respects human lives, Palestinian or Israeli. No one at this point believes Netanyahu or his government do either.
