All digital tickets will be issued between 8th and 11th July and all physical cards will be posted out after 15th July.
Things are going well at SAFC and the mood is improving. Bruce is making a difference but the club are making decisions, regarding season cards, that are upsetting people without just cause. This is probably what they think is good business practice but football isn't like any other business, especially for supporters who are getting used to new systems after decades of either paying on the gate or having little books of season tickets. Long term supporters are currently cancelling season tickets, and being refunded, as the club are refusing to issue physical cards for applications after 3rd of May. That's a decision that could be reversed in seconds by someone with a bit of common sense. If Guiness, Bob, Marcus, Prehab, or anyone else with contacts at the club could mention this it would be appreciated. Ha'way Sunderland, don't let people down who are trying to give you money to support the club.
Every day there are warnings about fraud, hackers, scams etc ... ... it's no surprise some people want something physical in their hands.
Anyone received there’s yet ? i’m cheekily hoping that they will kick the discounts in before August as we are buying two women’s season tickets for the craic. Still buying them mind regardless.
