Ill always say in the few years we saw Ronaldinho in his prime, theyll never ever be a player as good again or ever has been and that includes Messi, Ronaldo, Ronaldo and Zidane
I also think Rivaldo is so under rated aswell. We barely hear his name mentioned now, but he was an unbelievable player. A cheat, but very very good.
They had so many great players some were almost ignored ... ... it makes me laugh when decent players, like Foden, are called great players.
I love Foden tbf, and i cant wait to see how he develops. It has been very disheartening seeing him not take the bull by the horns and show what he can do this tournament though. The 3 factors are, he's not a winger, least of all a left winger. Hes played on the right a few times for City, but he's a number 10 and Jude has that. 2. Southgate . Ill say no more. 3. Hes a young lad and we need to be patient with him, its not his fault he has to become a winger all of a sudden. But yeah, great players like Rivaldo and Romario get no mention anymore now, but were unbelievable players.
Fine team but I was never convinced entirely by them. Certainly been better brazillian sides than them imo. I thought the 94 side was a better team, although not individuals. Romario and Bebeto together were sublime to watch and Romario possibly one of the most underrated players. Their 82 side best ever though, but they didnt win a final. In terms of best lineups to win a final I would put Spain 2010 against that Brazil team. Also I thought Germany 1990 were an outstanding team. Mattheus was so good. I think both Spain and Germany had a better central midfield and that would give them the control over that Braziliam team. Wouldnt mind being able to watch the games though, be belters.
