I’d like to give you my opinion as whether that’s OK with me, Vern, but as someone who might not vote I’m not sure I’m allowed.![]()
Uber ...vote. There must be someone you partially agree with
even if not... spoil your ballot "none of the above"

No real surprise there. Expectations of Labour are close to zero, I’m sure they will be delighted.
I think in a free society one is allowed to conclude that nobody represents one’s views and either not bother to vote or spoil one’s ballot paper.
I don’t see how this disqualifies one from having an opinion. It’s having an opinion that led to the decision not to vote or spoil the paper.
This isn’t apathy and isn’t any worse that tactical voting, which is simply an anti-vote rather than anything positive.
I have come around to the idea of PR over recent years; perhaps that would encourage more positive voting rather than cynical anti-voting?
I have an image of sitting on your sofa at 2AM, trousers and panties around your ankles, a box of Kleenex on the sofa beside you, as if you’re watching Babestation rather than Election Night Special. Quite a horny image, you sexy minx, you.

Better than ****ing over GBeebies.
It is absolutely your right not to vote.
Whole point of democracy.
But you cannot say..well I didn't vote for them...you didn't vote against them...or for anyone
I can at least say that I did not vote for Boris's Tories in the last election.
My argument begins to fail at this point as no one voted for Truss or Sunak
Tactical voting is a good way of making sure one's vote has maximum impact. People are saying that there's not a great deal of enthusiasm for Starmer's Labour, which may well be true, but there is definitely a lot of enthusiasm for kicking the Tories out. I'm looking forward to following the results tonight and will celebrate every Tory loss, whichever party it may be to (except Reform maybe). Shame they can't spread them out over two or three days for maximum enjoyment.
<popcorn>No you're not allowed a ****in opinion. Bloody immigrantsI'm not voting
Am I allowed an opinion
I was allowed to vote in UK elections for I think 15 years after I left
Didn't think it was fair as it wasn't going to effect me
Lots of kiwis get to vote from overseas even if they have no intentions of ever coming back
It does change seats here
Shouldn't be allowed

Who do we most want to lose?
Farage is a cert to win sadly, so it's Rees-Mogg for me.
Stella Creasy for Labour. Caroline Noakes for Tories. Can't stand either of them.
