So before the Euros finish we’ll be starting next season without at least Botman, Miley, Tonali and Lascelles.

I’d bet good money at least 3 more won’t be available.

    Early???

Botman and Lascelles managed to get injured months ago. Miley? He’s not in the class of Gayle, Marcelino et al. Absolute rank beginner.

These type of injuries can happen on young players and are often linked to over working the players.

I wonder if EH will be forced into the transfer market now that LM is out and EA is sold.

Bloody hell. No contact either then. So just brittle bones.

How can I blame Eddie now?

Tonali back after 2 games, we've signed Kelly as cover for Botman, Miley won't be an issue with Tonali back, and we all know we have problems if Laecelles is starting.

    Things are ok.

Heard Alfie Harrison is very highly thought of and will have a similar pre-season to the one Anderson had last year with lots of mins to try & impress.

Similar CAM/CM profile so I wouldn't be surprised to see him get a run out in an injury crisis in the midfield. (Hernes another to keep an eye on)

Bruno, Tonali, Joelinton, Willock, Longstaff, Miley, Harrison

That’s easily strong enough with no Europe.

Think so, especially if we can keep those first 4 fit and rotating with one another we'll be fine.

So we've gone from a guy who's cv states "appointed Southgate as England manager" "Likes calling himself the hub of a wheel" and wrote a GCSE Essay on "England DNA" to a bloke that discovered "Alli, Son, Trippier, Alderweild, Cunha, Mukiele, Smith Rowe" ........ We'll not bother with names like M'bappe or Kane as they live in the pocket of Big Dan Burn <laugh>
