I thought we were prioritising a striker, something we’ve needed for at least 3 years? Instead we seem to have spent enough on yet more South American kids to buy Oshimen, but still no proven striker. Can someone explain what Stewart snd Winstanley actually do ?? Improving the Team seems not to be their priority, so what is???

I assume they have that all squared away before the deal is signed, but it wouldnt surprise me if they didnt, and we end up, again, with two dozen players on our books who cannot play in the PL, who get endlessly loaned out all around Europe and eventually end up being sold without kicking a single ball in a Chelsea shirt. That would not surprise me one iota. And wtf have we bought Dewsbury-Hall? Midfield is the one area where we do not lack for players. We have Gallagher, Caicedo, Lavia, Chukwuemeka, Enzo, Casadei like why are we signing more midfielders when we have a big Thiago Silva shaped whole to fill at the back and no striker?!
Seems crazy to me too, we buy players less good than those we want to sell !! Gallagher is simply better. Now we lose our Academy leaders as well. We are a basket case top to bottom. We do need a midfielder, Enzo is not the man to direct things and cant play with Caseido. We were much better without him but Dewsbury hall is not the man either.And still no proper striker !! Hopeless.maybe we will see some improvement in 2035 when our kids are old enough to do joined up writing !!
