In the car yesterday I popped this station on only to hear the discussion on "Liverpool celebrating a draw against Man City, what does this say about them?" Yet again they just invent something out of the fumes of a horse ****! Nothing on TV, news or around the City to suggest that we were celebrating. The most we felt was relieved not to get smashed like other top clubs have, but most of us I would guess were disappointed not to win the damn thing.
Such utter ****ing **** - all interviews with players and manager post match clearly echoed the same opinion that we were disappointed we didn't win. We outplayed them for **** sake, how did they get on at OT and WHL?
I only really listen to Gothy and Durham, the rest is absolute cack. They're so fickle, they change opinions on a daily basis
Did we play that well before Balotelli's sending off or after that we should have wrapped up 3 points? Again, still waiting to find proper highlights or the game to replay. Although Chelsea today so will wait longer on the City game.
We played well all game mate. One thing we didn't see this week was a lull as soon as the 2nd half started. We were in their faces for virtually all the 90 minutes.
It was that bellend Durham who came out with all that verbal diarrhoea about Liverpool losing our class. Switched straight off. Talkshite has totally lost the plot. Was a very good radio station some time ago but now full of utter ****e.
Good to hear, I think we are at our best when we come out and put our game on the opposition and not try to worry about what they will do too much. When we do it, it is a part of this team I really like, in your face, here we come flying out out of the gates, just need to finish it seems ( or drug the GK's before they come to anfield!). It is full of utter ****e. Any discussion now has to have one presenter arguing one case and the other presenter in the opposite corner despite that it is blatantly obvious that they both believe in the same thing. It's to provoke people to keep listening or get involved, but at the same time they come out with utter drivel just to keep a spark in the debate.
It all happened last night (GMT) and I missed it too. I copped it this morning though. I think steps have been taken and the panic has mostly subsided now
Saw Syd was a casualty of it. Sometimes you need these things to happen to get the right steps and rules in place though. You should have got the LHC to just create a wormhole, throw the wums in, and seal it.
