You're both like children trying to keep mocking each other with snide remarks, while the other members look on and we can't talk properly about Arsenal because of your stupid debates.

It's beyond pathetic now. You both equally make the members of this board look like ****s, because as you know all the other fans will generalise. And I can't blame them.

If you guys just either agree to disagree, or stop arguing, or whatever, then we can all move on.

I seriously cannot use this board with you guys being this ****ing ******ed.

 

I have no problems with them arguing their points with one another when the debate is clear and precise. But its has got to the stage where you feel like its just going around in circles and petty insults are also being traded in the middle of it. Therefore I will have to agree with you on this matter and come to conclusion that if it carries on then the threads just get wasted in the end and people that try to join to comment on the actual topic of the thread will not bother because there is no way in.

Fair enough - I'll simply let Jayram know what I think and leave it at that.

I have been getting drawn into what are too long and drawn out debates. I've found it difficult to leave it alone when it's unnecessarily running down our players, manager and slating our club.

But I appreciate that nobody really wants to read endless an back and forth between two members, so I'll take heed, make my point and leave it at that. Let's hope he can do the same.

But, I have to point out that this does not affect (in my opinion) your moderating. Please carry on the thankless task of looking after our board.

 

To be fair I believe he knows what you think of him and vice versa. Neither of you are shy on the topic... If it helps I will always have a small part of my brain that will register "Piskie thinks this is balls" when I read a Jayram comment and the other way around when I read yours. Your work is done lads!

It was nothing more than to reiterate what had been said and I drew in comments from our fellow member Murray about moderation. All very polite and to the point. Some of course would rather not read the truth or see it only through their eyes.

 

Some of the lads on here are trying to defuse what they see as a situation that is detrimental to the board,the last thing that is needed is someone trying to make more bullets

 

& some of course don't help a public forum by antagonising people.

Despite myself thinking both members make good valid points on different discussions on this forum it has got to the point where if i see a thread has turned into one of these arguments i just stop reading and the threads purpose is lost.

People here keep calling goonercym old but I don't think he's old. He may be a git though. I only say that since by observation he only refuses to accept references to his possible age. He seems fine about suggestions that he may be a git.

 

I have to disagree mate. Calling him a git is actually a compliment to him. He IS very old though.
