Naked mens football does open up a lot of questions. Would the manager be naked? Stewards? The people selling hot dogs? And if the players are naked does that mean wearing club colours is coming to the game in the buff yourself? The whole thing is a disaster waiting to happen.
Olm Youre with clothes Are there any advantages/disadvantages for late kit reveals in terms of sales etc?
Seeing swanseas new kit def made me appreciate that having two colours enables so many diff designs Swanseas kit looks the same every year Id like us to have hoops though for a season
Not really, different clubs have different opinions on kit releases. Some think it's good to use the new kit for the last game of the season prior, as you get longer to sell them, but personally I think it's better to launch in the closed season, to build the excitement ahead of a new season.
It seems to me the club are doing a pretty good job of shifting remaining stock which I guess becomes harder if the new shirt is introduced towards the end of a season.
I assume the reason is to do with the financial year in football, same as with transfers that apparently starts in July.
What about holiday stuff OLM, I know England is a month later than up here, but surely people are buying clothes for their holidays now and instead of getting a new city kit, they opt for an England top etc.?
You can make a case for that as well, though people who buy football shirts are likely to do so regardless of whether they're going on holiday or not. People should be banned from wearing football shirts on holiday anyway.
Sunderland are selling their new home shirt without a sponsor, thats an actual dream Why cant we do that? Instant buy I wont wear a shirt with some **** sponsor plastered in the middle
Chiedu Oraka is performing at Glastonbury this weekend. Could he be wearing one of the new kits? EDIT: didn’t realise it’s from his Instagram story. So seems very likely
Excuse the ignorance of an old man but who the frig is Chiedu Oraka and what has the person to do with City?
