Could be a bit of jiggery pokery going on, if Belgium were to be winning easily(which is probably expected) then Slovakia and Romania know a draw takes them both through so could just play out a wee 0-0

 

Was it Sweden and Norway played out a 2-2 draw one time knowing only that exact score would put both through regardless of the other score? Its rare it can happen now with the games being played together but I remember Ireland and Holland kicking the ball about for about the last half. Hour as England game had finished and the beat Egypt which meant a draw put both through. Some Dutch side it was too!
