Yeah, last night was a different type of game and different performance. This was more standard stuff, struggling to break down an ultra-defensive side. Like the USA and Scotland games at the last two tournaments. It wasn't as troubling as the previous two games, though I don't think it told us much about whether we'll be any better than those two when we play a more attacking side again.
This 'moany tailspin' from a 'few usual suspects' you speak of,does that include the fans who were actually in attendance, having spent a considerable amount of time and money doing so? Or are they entitled to their opinion?
I haven't suggested anyone shouldn't express their opinions, I just expressed mine. Would you rather I didn't?
It's of no consequence to me whether you do or not. If you decide to,then you might want to enlighten us to who the usual suspects are?
Negativity in the trenches affects everyone. Spreads misery and it loves company, but is it good for others to read endlessly?
Hopefully everything is O.K and he returns before Sunday.Played in the correct position he's a huge asset that we can Ill afford to be without... (National newspapers stating that he's returned home to be at the birth of his third child).
White left for 'personal reasons'. According to the FA statement just released, Foden's left 'temporarily due to a pressing family matter'.
I noticed this at the time, but why did Kane lay it off for Palmer instead of playing it back to Mainoo who would’ve been clean through one-on-one with the keeper in a central position? Such a simple pass. It was harder to pass to Palmer.
