Absolutely the worst football I can remember watching. This is far worse than the performances that people didn’t like from Rosenior.

What really hacks me off, other than the tripe these overrated prima donnas serve up, is the ****e you have to endure from panels of experts who haven't played the game in 25 years. I am sure that in their contract they are not allowed to say 'they were ****', because a) they would lose their well paid gig and b) the FA would consider their options on TV scheduling of England games.

That was really poor. Really poor. If I’m clinging to any sort of hope - that’s the end of teams playing defensively against us. Slovenia were happy with a point and we struggled to break them down. Our defensive play has been decent (admittedly against poor sides), so hopefully now games will be open we might push on a bit. There’s my straws clutched and I’m holding on to them til Sunday.
